Open-source evaluation and observability platform for production AI agents.

• Designed the evaluation framework: golden-dataset offline evals, online production evals, LLM-as-judge scoring with grounding and hallucination metrics, and human feedback loops.
• Designed the OpenTelemetry-compatible tracing model covering reasoning trajectories, tool calls, retrieval, cost, latency, and failure patterns.
• Grew the team from zero and lead enterprise engagements with Fortune 500 and financial services customers.

Senior ML Engineering Manager & Principal AI/ML Architect

Joined through Ripcord's acquisition of LearningPal and took over ML and generative AI for its enterprise document intelligence SaaS.

• Owned delivery for the Document AI platform: computer vision, OCR, NLP, and generative AI for banks and government customers.
• Led the integration of LLM capabilities into existing ML document-processing workflows.
• Set the ML architecture, evaluation standards, and human-in-the-loop pipeline.

Founder / ML Engineering Lead

Enterprise AI for intelligent document processing. Grew to 10 people with enterprise customers in production, acquired by Ripcord in 2022.

• Built DeepOCR, a deep learning OCR engine, from scratch and ran it in production.
• Trained and shipped a bidirectional LSTM for handwritten text recognition that beat public OCR APIs on customer data.
• Deployed BERT and GPT-2 based models for invoice parsing in a customer's production accounts-payable workflow.
